what is included
The price covers the house and everything that comes with it, with nothing extra to settle on arrival.
- The whole house all 7 bedrooms, the 5 bathrooms, the garden and the terrace
- The pool maintained throughout your stay, loungers and parasols included
- Housekeeping twice a week on a seven-night stay, once from 4 nights, bed linen and towels provided and changed
- Water, electricity and air conditioning no meters, no extras
- Wifi throughout the house
- The gym and the library yours to use, no booking needed
- Private parking in front of the house, closed by a gate
conditions
- Minimum stay 6 nights in high season, 2 nights in low season
- Security deposit paid before arrival with the balance and returned after you leave, once the house has been checked
- Final cleaning charged separately for a group of 12, with the amount specified when booking
- Arrival and departure check-in from 3 pm to 7 pm, later by arrangement; check-out from 8 am to 11 am
- Pets 1 pet at most, on request and after confirmation
- Tourist tax applies to the first 5 nights; free under 14; the amount is specified when booking and payable before arrival

A 50% deposit confirms the booking. The balance, security deposit and tourist tax are settled no later than 30 days before arrival, in one go if you book less than 30 days ahead. We meet you at the house to hand over the keys and show you around.
